Service Policy
Cancellation Policy:
• Clients may cancel an order up 96 hours before service without any incurring any charges.***
• Canceling the order 72 hours prior to service will result in a 25% surcharge.
• Canceling the order 48 hours prior to service will result in a 65% surcharge.

Order Changes Policy:
• Clients may request changes to the order up to 60 hours prior to service.
• The cut off time for changes is 72 hours prior to service.

Additional Policy:
• An automatic service charge of 15% will be applied to all orders.
• Utensils carry an extra cost of $0.20 per person.
• Card is required on file to execute any orders
• Any orders above $700 requires a 40% deposit
• Email confirmation via authorized person(s) is sufficient for execution
